In the morning, when you go for a SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboarding) session, it's easier for beginners because there aren't many big waves or strong wind. It's like the water is calm and peaceful. But in the afternoon, things get a little trickier. There might be bigger waves and stronger wind, which can make it harder for beginners to balance on the board. So, if you want a better chance of standing up on the board without falling, it's best to go in the morning.
